$1,495 per person
(double occupancy) –
airfare from your home city is NOT included.
Registration deposit of $500 per person required
to hold your space. Balance is due by November 1, 2006. NOTE: in the "Comments"
area of your registration, please note whether you wish to pay either
a DEPOSIT or IN FULL.

Airfare costs from your home to the
Big Island (Kona Airport) - be sure to book your flight to airport designation: KOA
High quality, dependable snorkel gear,
including mask, snorkel and fins (can be rented on-island for
$35-$40/week)
Some lunches while we're out and about on
the island - it is recommended that you budget a minimum of $25 per
day for this purpose
Cancellation Policy
Application
Deposit of $500 is non-refundable
Cancellation notice:
61 days or more prior to Retreat start date = 50% of
Enrollment Fee
Cancellation notice
60 days or less prior to Retreat start date = forfeiture of any
refund.
NOTE:
If cancellation is necessary, participants must send
cancellation notice in writing and either email to Positive Life
Works,
fax to: 425-788-2531, or send by surface mail

98077-6631, USA. The receiving date determines the cancellation date.
